Eruv Relocation In Miami Beach to Last For At Least 18 Months
by JewishMiami.info
With the planned construction of a pedestrian bridge in Miami Beach, the Eruv which services thousands has been temporarily moved, for at least 18 months.
While the exact start date for the construction is still unclear, the city expects construction to last at least 18 months. The Eruv committee, fully aware of the likelihood that the Eruv would become compromised during constriction, preemptively rerouted the eruv to ensure it would remain kosher.
As part of the eruv change, a small beachfront area south of 7th Street has become excluded from the Eruv. If you know anyone in this area please notify them of this change.
