Kosher Miami Releases Misleading Advertising Alert
Kosher Miami, known as KM, has releases an alert after a catering company has been advertising themselves as being under a “KM” Kosher supervision.
Read the alert below:
It has been brought to the attention of Kosher Miami that there is a Passover Caterer from New York, with the initials KM, (representing the name of the catering company), that is advertising itself as being under the supervision of KM, leading people to assume that KM refers to Kosher Miami. The company has not responded to our email, and when they were called, they said that KM refers to Kosher Moshe, the name of their company. This company is advertising that they service Miami Beach. They are not using the Kosher Miami name or logo in their advertising.
Please be advised that Kosher Moshe is not under the certification of Kosher Miami. To the best of our knowledge, they are not under any certification agency.
