Chabad Shliach Rabbi Yitzchok Minkowicz of Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida was caught on camera doing Mivtza Tefillin with a well known Doctor from Long Island while on a Delta Flight to Israel.

The Flight attendant was very impressed and commented how it’s so nice that people help each other with their Jewish Traditions.
