Hatzalah The Gap Between Magen David Adom And South Florida

The City of Aventura in South Florida made good on a promise and formalized a sister city agreement with the Israeli City of Modi’in. At the event, an ambulance, donated by the City of Aventura, was presented to Magen David Adom.

The touching event, held at the Aventura City Hall, included the participation of Hatzalah South Florida, bridging the gap between the Israeli city and the local Aventura Jewish community.

Senator Rick Scott on hand for the announcement, saying the U-S stands behind Israel and it’s right to defend itself.

This historic event marks the first time in the city’s history that the city commission has approved this type of charitable donation.
