Police and fire rushed to the Scheck Hillel School in North Miami Beach after a book bag was found placed outside the school, prompting a bomb threat and school wide evacuation.

The school, located at 19000 NE 25th Ave, evacuated its students and staff to the school’s football field as Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and police investigated

According to reports, a book bag and cell phone were discovered at an entrance to the school building.
